Q:<\/strong> What are your normal hours of business?
\nA:<\/strong> Our normal UK office hours are defined as being Monday to Friday, 1000-1600 GMT\/UTC and do not include UK bank holidays.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/strong> During which hours are the products and services I have purchased available to me?
\nA:<\/strong> The Products (i.e. Software Solutions), Website and Content are normally available over the Internet 7 days per week in our core operating hours extending from 0700 to 1900 UK GMT\/UTC. Outside of this time the Products (i.e. Software Solutions), Website and Content may be available but their operation may be slow, interrupted or become inaccessible without notice. \u00a0The Services (i.e. Software Support, Consulting Help Desk), where applicable, are normally available over the Internet only during normal UK office hours.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/strong> Where can I find basic user documentation on the operation of OpenERP?
\nA:<\/strong> You can find this information on the OpenERP website at http:\/\/www.openerp.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/strong> Why doesn’t the open4mgt user documentation cover basic user documentation or areas such as e.g. what categories I should have in my chart of accounts?
\nA:<\/strong> The answer to the first part of the question is that we don’t want to waste time and effort duplicating documentation already made available by the software publisher. Instead we focus on extending that genric information in line with our pre-configured product design specifications.
\nThe answer to the second part of the question is that we have provided default configurations for e.g. the chart of accounts. We expect our users to have a working understanding of their functional areas and hence they should be able to answer these sort fo questions for themselves. However, failing this, we (or others) can advise you on appropirate answers to these sorts of questions but it will normally be done as paid consultants.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/strong> We are on a monthly billing cycle but have decided we would like to move to a pre-paid annual cycle and take advantage of the discount mentioned.. How much is the discount?
\nA:<\/strong> Currently we are offering 12 months for the price of 10 on our range of “Baseline Solutions<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/strong> I know you do period backups of our system but is it possible for us to have a copy to keep ourselves?
\nA:<\/strong> The short answer is YES. However, depending on factors such as what you want, how you want it, how much of it there is, how frequently, etc, etc there may be additional costs in terms of time, materials and logistics involved.\u00a0 The best thing to do is to “Contact Us<\/a>” to discuss your particular requirements.<\/p>\n
